RBG Radisson Bar and Grill and A. J. O Bradys on Main Street
I don’t like to review places unless I have been there at least 3 times. Everyone can have a bad night on your first visit.
I am happy to report that all visits to RBG and A. J. O’Brady’s were very enjoyable and worth patronizing.
O’Brady’s is a jolly place that serves the sports enthusiast crowd. In my visits it has a sizeable following of sport loving patrons who enjoy a good beverage and food while watching their favorite team. The service is very good and I especially like it when my meal is served up hot. They really serve it hot, and that reflects on the good service.
Burgers are good there but I really liked the Walleye. I have not made it there on a Friday for a fish fry, but hope to do that this week.
RBG in the Radisson is really quite a nice looking place. It is laid out well to accommodate large groups or intimate dining. The service there is outstanding and the servers have delightful personalities. The bartenders have a can do attitude and pay just the right amount of attention to you when you are engaged in watching a Brewer game.
I do think the place could benefit from some live music or even decent Muzak when the Brewers aren’t on their TV screens.
I also tried the Walleye at RBG and it was very tasty. My problem is I liked it so much it is the only thing I order.
These two fine establishments have a promising future and may contribute to bringing Main Street back to life. Give them a try.
