BABYTALK

• Keith and Carrie (Brendemuehl) Ceman of Germantown are the parents of Brogan James Ceman, born Nov. 7, 2010, at Community Memorial Hospital in Menomonee Falls. He was 7 pounds, 12 ounces, and 21 inches long. He joins sibling Kolton, 20 months old. Grandparents are Jim and Adona Brendemuehl of Germantown and Betty Ceman of Hartford.

CAMPUSNEWS

• The following students from Menomonee Falls earned degrees in December from Mount Mary College in Milwaukee: Corrine Braunreiter, bachelor's degree, business administration; Kelly Lamkin, master's degree, English; and Donna Lopez, bachelor's degree, nursing.

SCHOOLSCENE

• Germantown teen Dylan Jankowski was recently named Insight School of Wisconsin's student of the month for December in recognition of his outstanding academic achievement. Insight is an online public high school.

SERVICENEWS

• Dominic Thomas of Menomonee Falls has been nominated to attend the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, N.Y., as well as the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md. Dominic, the son of David Thomas and Julie Italiano-Thomas, is a senior at Menomonee Falls High School.
