Scott O'Shea of Germantown graduated from the Criminal Justice-Law Enforcement Academy Technical Diploma program at Northcentral Technical College in November.

·Haley Serebin of Germantown was awarded the Abby Marlatt Scholarship at the University of Wisconsin-Madison for recognition of excellence in the study of human ecology.
