Hubele, 50 years
Phil and Ruby Hubele of Menomonee Falls will soon celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary.
The couple was married Dec. 18, 1959, in Amboy, Ill.
They will mark the occasion with a private family celebration Dec. 20, 2009.
Phil and Ruby, residents of Menomonee Falls for 38 years, are the parents of David of Menomonee Falls, Kyle (Jeff) Holly of Trenton, and Kristen (Rob) Dwyer of Menomonee Falls.
They are the grandparents of Jessica (Matt) Ische, Chad (Amanda) Holly, Lisa (Mike) Cook, Beth (Bryan) Mulkerron, Owen Dwyer, Christopher Dwyer and Matthew Dwyer. They are the great-grandparents of Molly and Lucy Cook and Emmet Mulkerron with one more grandchild on the way.
Phil retired after 38 years as a meat wholesaler at Finbar International.
Ruby was a stay-at-home mom and then retired after 15 years as an office manager at Jordan Tool.
They now enjoy attending their grandchildren's sports and school activities, going to movies, attending the ballet, and striking it rich at Potawatomi Casino.
