A 48-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for shoplifting at Pick 'n Save, N95 W18273 County Line Road, at 6:25 p.m. Oct. 22. The man was arrested after a 15-year-old and a 12-year-old were seen hiding merchandise in a garbage can for the suspect, who then took the items out of the store without paying.
An ignition interlock device, four car speakers and a battery jump pack were stolen from a locked car parked at North Hills Country Club, N73 W13430 Appleton Ave., between 2 and 8:40 p.m. Oct. 24. The unknown suspect(s) smashed the driver's window to gain entry.
Police are investigating a 22-year-old Menomonee Falls man who allegedly stole a woman's credit card and used it at CVS Pharmacy and Mobil Gas between Oct. 3 and Oct. 22. The suspect also allegedly stole personal checks from the woman during the same time period.
A 21-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for shoplifting $41 of merchandise at Target, N95 W17707 Shady Lane, at 11:10 a.m. Oct. 25.
A 44-year-old Sheboygan woman and three juveniles between the ages of 14 and 15 were arrested for shoplifting after they were seen concealing merchandise in the woman's purse at Woodman's, W124 N8145 Highway 145, at 6 p.m. Oct. 25. The woman was also charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and the juveniles were issued municipal citations.
An unknown suspect(s) smashed the passenger side window of a locked vehicle parked in the N83 W13200 block of Leon Road and stole a purse containing several credit cards between 8 a.m. and noon Oct. 26. Two of the victim's credit cards were used at three gas stations in the city of Milwaukee.
The rear license plate was stolen off a car parked in the W177 N8500 block of Lynwood Drive between 9 p.m. Oct. 25 and 7:30 a.m. Oct. 26.
An unknown male suspect stole three cartons of cigarettes from a secured area at Woodman's, W124 N8145 Highway 145, at 1:33 p.m. Oct. 27. The suspect fled the store lot in a red mid-1990s, full-size extended cab pickup truck.
A 22-year-old South Milwaukee woman was arrested for stealing $44 of gas during a gas drive-off at Paul's Mobil Mart, N56 W13920 Silver Spring Drive, shortly after 4 p.m. Oct. 23.
A $6,000 enclosed trailer containing and estimated $35,000 worth of construction equipment was stolen from Delta T Construction, W137 N5732 Williams Place, between 3:30 p.m. Oct. 27 and 11:45 a.m. Oct. 30.
An envelope containing an undisclosed amount of money was allegedly stolen off a counter at PNC Bank, N88 W16586 Appleton Ave., between 3:20 and 3:35 p.m. Oct. 30. Video surveillance is being reviewed and police are investigating.
A black leather satchel containing various work-related items and a checkbook was stolen from a locked truck in the parking lot at Brisco County Wooden Grill, N96 W16865 Cumberland Court, between 8 and 9:20 p.m. Oct. 31. The unknown suspect(s) smashed a window on the truck to gain entry.
A shotgun was stolen out of the back seat of a locked truck parked in the N87 W16400 block of Appleton Avenue between 7 and 11 p.m. Oct. 31. The unknown suspect(s) smashed a rear passenger window to gain entry.
An unknown woman shoplifted five scarves and a bra by taking the items into a dressing room and removing the tags, then left without paying for them at Kohl's, N95 W18000 Appleton Ave., at 5:20 p.m. Nov. 1. She was last seen leaving the parking lot in a silver Suzuki.
An unsecured trailer was stolen from a commercial parking lot in the W140 N6000 block of Lilly Road between 1:30 and 4 p.m. Nov. 1.
An unknown suspect(s) stole three or four junk mailboxes intended to be sold for scrap that were left against the wall of the driveway at Mahvelous Mailboxes, N89 W16746 Appleton Ave., between noon Nov. 1 and 12:30 a.m. Nov. 2.
A 21-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after police found a grinder and a small plastic bag with marijuana in his car during a traffic stop on Pilgrim Road and Kendel Place at 12:10 p.m. Oct. 28.
A 39-year-old Racine man was transported to the hospital with nonlife threatening injuries when his southbound vehicle struck a northbound car attempting to make a left turn on Pilgrim Road at Ridgeview Drive at 6:55 p.m. Oct. 28. The driver of the turning vehicle, a 54-year-old Menomonee Falls man, was cited for failure to yield the right of way and driving while impaired (drugs).
Police are seeking the identity of an unknown male juvenile who was seen damaging the outside door handle of the bathroom door at Village Park, N87 W17001 Garfield Drive, between 3 and 3:30 p.m. Oct. 29.
A manager at Steel and Grinding, W146 N5791 Enterprise Ave., called police after finding a wallet in the rear parking lot of the business on Oct. 24. Police contacted the owner of the wallet, a 46-year-old Milwaukee man, who admitted he lost the wallet while driving around Menomonee Falls looking for scrap metal in his 2003 Olds Silhouette van. The man's wallet was returned to him after he was lectured about scrapping in the area.
