THEFT

1Police are seeking a 48-year-old Milwaukee man and an unidentified female suspect who shoplifted 13 cans of Gerber Good Start formula and a pack of toilet tissue at Pick 'n Save, N77 W14435 Appleton Ave., around 2 p.m. Oct. 29. The male suspect was identified through video surveillance and is also wanted for several other shoplifting incidents in the Menomonee Falls area.

2A 45-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for theft after he was seen stealing scrap metal from a Dumpster at The Install Group, N60 W15084 Bobolink Ave., at 9 a.m. Nov. 2.

3A charge of theft by fraud was filed by Maaco, N56 W13306 Silver Spring Road, against Protech after they refused to pay for repairs to a 2000 Chevy 3500 box truck on Nov. 6. Protech presented a check for $2,627.50 to Maaco for the repairs on Sept. 18, then stopped payment on the check and has since refused all collection attempts.

4A 48-year-old Milwaukee man, who is wanted for four other shoplifting incidents in Menomonee Falls, and an unidentified female suspect shoplifted 15 cans of baby formula by concealing them in a cloth bag at Pick 'n Save, N95 W18273 County Line Road, shortly after 3 p.m. Oct. 30.

5Two unknown suspects shoplifted $120 worth of baby formula by concealing it in plastic bags they brought into the store at Pick 'n Save, N95 W18273 County Line Road, shortly after 6 p.m. Nov. 1. The incident was captured on store surveillance and may be related to numerous shoplifting incidents committed by a 48-year-old Milwaukee man.

6A 23-year-old Eagle man was cited for theft, obstructing an officer and operating without a commercial driver's license after he was seen filling his private company truck with water from a city-owned fire hydrant in the N72 W15900 block of Good Hope Road, between 12:30 and 12:45 p.m. Nov. 5.

7An unknown suspect(s) stole $220 from an unlocked work locker at Hydraulic Services, W165 N5760 Ridgewood Drive, between 10 p.m. Nov. 6 and 5:20 p.m. Nov. 7.

DRUNKEN DRIVING

8A 29-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for drunken driving and resisting arrest after she was found passed out in her vehicle with the engine running, then resisted officers as they attempted to take her into custody in the N88 W15200 block of Main Street at 4:50 a.m. Nov. 4. She was also arrested for carrying a concealed weapon(s) after officers found a knife and razor blade concealed in the glove box and under the driver's seat of her car.

9Officers responding to a reported of a disabled vehicle arrested a 44-year-old Menomonee Falls man for drunken driving, third offense, on Good Hope Road and Country Lane at 11:05 p.m. Nov. 8. His blood alcohol content was 0.17.

OTHER

A resident called police after her ex-boyfriend, a 39-year-old Milwaukee man who just got out of prison, called and threatened to harm her at her place of employment between 6 p.m. Oct. 30 and 6 p.m. Nov. 1. Brown Deer police located the suspect and he was taken into custody for a parole violation.

Menomonee Falls Police assisted with one rescue and one fire call between Nov. 2 and Nov. 9.
