Theft

1An unknown person people stole a catalytic converter off a 2004 Econoline E350 van at Medical Technology Management Institute, W140 N8917 Lilly Road, sometime between 8:30 a.m. April 11 and 9:30 a.m. April 21. Damage and loss is estimated at $2,828.

2A 57-year-old man was arrested for shoplifting after he filled a cart with $725 worth of groceries and merchandise at Pick 'n Save, N95 W18273 County Line Road, and then left without paying at 7:25 p.m. April 18. He also was taken into custody for bail jumping after it was discovered he was in violation of his bail conditions for three criminal offenses through the Waukesha and Washington County sheriff's departments and was transported to the Waukesha County Jail.

Drug possession

3A 44-year-old man was arrested for possession of marijuana after he was pulled over and cited for expired registration and excessive window tinting on Appleton Avenue and Roosevelt Drive at about 1 p.m. April 27.

Drunken driving

4A 24-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving after a one-car accident on Appleton Avenue and North Hills Drive at about 11:45 p.m. April 26. He was later arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. A preliminary breath test indicated a blood alcohol content of .243.
