Theft

1An unknown person(s) stole an iPhone 4S off a picnic table at Oakwood Park, W143 N6889 Aspen Drive, sometime between 8 and 8:20 p.m. on Monday, June 16.

2A 21-year-old Greendale man was arrested for operating a vehicle without the owner's consent in the 1500 block of Appleton Avenue after they found him sleeping inside a car that was reported stolen at about 7:55 a.m. on Sunday, June 22. The suspect had stolen the vehicle from his place of employment, Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Oak Creek, and was taken into custody.

3A 36-year-old Mequon woman was arrested for shoplifting after she was caught concealing merchandise in her purse at Woodman's Food Market, W124 N8145 Highway 145, at about 6:40 p.m. on Saturday, June 21.

4An unknown person(s) stole a 500-pound Mueller brand fire hydrant on Fleet and Donald avenues sometime between 8 a.m. June 9 and 8 a.m. June 19. The hydrant, valued at $2,500, was delivered to the area and left, unsecured, in the bush line when the theft occurred.

5A Garmin GPS, an Ipod Nano, a small Coach brand wristlet containing $10 in change and two $5 bills were stolen from a vehicle parked in a driveway in the 8900 block of Madison Avenue sometime between 6:30 p.m. June 24 and 7 a.m. June 25. The vehicle was accidentally left unlocked by the victim.

Drug possession

6A 54-year-old man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia during a suspicious vehicle traffic stop on Rozanne Drive and Main Street at about 12:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 19.

7Police investigating a suspicious, occupied vehicle parked in the lot at Bartz Party Supply, N95 W18743 County Line Road, arrested an 18-year-old man for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia after they found 15.5 grams of marijuana, several plastic bags, two scales and a pipe inside his vehicle at about 12:20 a.m. on Monday, June 23.

Drunken driving

8A 41-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving after he was pulled over for expired license plates on Lisbon Road and Greenview Avenue at about 12:10 a.m. on Thursday, June 19. A chemical breath test indicated a blood alcohol content of 0.11.

9A 58-year-old Brown Deer man was arrested for fifth offense drunken driving in the parking lot at Walgreens on Good Hope and Marcy Roads after a motorist called police to report a vehicle driving "all over the road" at about 1 p.m. on Monday, June 23. He failed field sobriety tests and was transported to the hospital for a blood draw, the results of which were unavailable.

Other

10An officer responded to US Foods, W137 N9245 Highway 145, after an employee reported that another employee threatened to bring his M16 to work and shoot day shift workers at about 7 a.m. Friday, June 20. The suspect was written up by the company several months ago for similar threats. Police questioned two employees who apparently heard the threats but both of them refused to cooperate with the police investigation or provide written statements as to what they heard. Police were attempting to follow up with the suspect at the time of the report.

11A 30-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested and taken into custody for bail jumping after he was found passed out on a lawn in the 13200 block of Fond du Lac Avenue at about 4:30 a.m. on Sunday, June 22. The suspect was arrested after it was discovered he had an open circuit court case through Milwaukee and was to maintain absolute sobriety. A chemical breath test indicated a blood alcohol content of 0.25.

12A 30-year-old Menomonee Falls man was arrested for operating after revocation and failure to install an ignition interlock device in his vehicle during a traffic stop on Lilly Road and Fond du Lac Avenue at about 12:10 p.m. on Thursday, June 26. A male passenger in his car was also arrested for having a valid warrant through the Mequon Police Department.

13A police aide was dispatched to Lime Kiln Park, W164 N8846 Mill St., after someone reported a rabbit at large at about 11:15 a.m. on Sunday, June 22. The caller believed the rabbit was domesticated, and the Waukesha County Humane Animal Welfare Society was contacted to pick up the animal.
