1An unknown person(s) entered the Hobby Lobby building under construction in the N95 W18200 block of County Line Road, cut the padlocks off an enclosed utility trailer and stole a Rigid electric drill and Windlock brand foam cutting tool out of the trailer sometime between 7:50 p.m. July 28 and 5 a.m. July 29.
2The driver of a maroon Mitsubishi Galant left without paying for $40 of gas at Citgo Good To Go, N88 W15167 Main St., at about 4:20 p.m. on Saturday, July 19.
3An unknown person(s) stole about 70 pounds of scrap stainless steel from a dumpster inside a fenced-in area at Duwe Metal Products, N57 W13500 Carmen Ave., at about 12:45 a.m. on Friday, July 25.
4An unknown person(s) stole a pair of after-market car speakers out of a van parked in the N86 W16200 block of Arthur Avenue sometime between noon July 25 and 7:30 a.m. July 28. The unknown suspect(s) also used a can of black spray paint to write obscenities on the hood and driver's side of the van, and also sprayed the right rear wheel cover of a Chevrolet Tahoe parked next to the van.
5A 29-year-old woman was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia after police found three syringes in her possession while investigating a report of identity theft in the 14200 block of Fond du Lac Avenue at about 6 p.m. on Monday, July 7. Police also found she was in possession of stolen checks, and she admitted her sister stole the resident's wallet and both her and her sister used his credit cards and checks without his consent. The suspect was taken into custody on the drug charge, and the identity theft/fraud case was sent to the district attorney's office for review.
6A 20-year-old woman was arrested for possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia after the car she was riding in was pulled over for a registration violation on Silver Spring and Technology drives at about 12:05 a.m. on Monday, July 28. Police found the heroin and paraphernalia in her purse after they took her into custody for having a valid warrant through the Wauwatosa Police Department.
7A 52-year-old man was arrested for sixth-offense drunken driving in the Chamber of Commerce parking lot in the 17000 block of Garfield Avenue during Falls Fest at about 11:05 p.m. on Saturday, July 26. The suspect parked his vehicle in an unmarked area directly behind a marked police command post vehicle, manned by uniformed officers, and was seen staggering over to the driver's side of his vehicle to let his passenger out. Due to the strong odor of intoxicants on his breath and slurred speech he was arrested and taken into custody for drunken driving. He was transported to the hospital for a blood test, the results of which were unavailable.
8A 31-year-old Brown Deer man was arrested for fifth-offense drunken driving, operating after revocation and a probation violation while police were investigating a 911 hang-up call in the N48 W15600 block of Lisbon Road at about 12:20 a.m. on Wednesday, July 30. A 29-year-old male passenger in his car was also taken into custody for having a felony warrant and both men were transported to the Waukesha County Jail. The suspect's blood alcohol content was unavailable.
9An unknown person(s) smashed out both driver's side windows and the windshield of a 2007 Dodge Ram pickup truck parked in the Area II parking lot at Oakwood Park, W143 N6895 Aspen Drive, sometime between 7 p.m. July 26 and 9 a.m. July 27. It appeared the suspect(s) used a baseball bat to damage the vehicle due to the impressions left in the windshield. A damage estimate was unavailable.
10 A police aide reported finding a pentagram etched into the exterior door of the men's room at Rotary Park, N85 W14201 Fond du Lac Ave., at about 9:40 p.m. on Monday, July 28. It was unknown when the vandalism occurred.
11An unknown person(s) vandalized two United States Postal Service vehicles parked in the N85 W16110 block of Appleton Avenue sometime between 6 p.m. July 26 and 6:35 a.m. July 28. The suspect(s) smashed out the driver's side window on one vehicle and the driver's side headlight on the other vehicle. Damage is estimated at $150.
12A 46-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for having a warrant through the Wisconsin Department of Corrections after her 9-year-old daughter collapsed due to dehydration at Falls Fest in the W17000 block of Garfield Drive at about 2:40 p.m. on Sunday, July 26. The girl was treated by the Menomonee Falls Fire Department and released.
13Police are seeking a man who passed a counterfeit $100 bill to purchase a pack of cigarettes at Citgo Good To Go, N88 W15167 Main St., at about 4:50 p.m. on Thursday, July 24.
Menomonee Falls police assisted with one rescue call between July 23 and July 30.
