Hospital sponsors seasonal flu clinics
Community Memorial's Outpatient Pharmacy and Community Outreach departments are coordinating seasonal flu clinics.
Clinic will be held from:
• 1 to 7 p.m. Nov. 18 at Menomonee Falls Public Library, N8436 Pilgrim Road;
• 1 to 7 p.m. Nov. 30 at Pauline Haass Public Library, W23820 Main St., Sussex; and
• 1 to 7 p.m. Dec. 16 at Germantown Community Library, W16957 Mequon Road.
The vaccine is for anyone 3 and older.
The cost is $25. Staff will bill Medicare Part B only.
An appointment is recommended, but walk-ins are welcome as time allows.
Patients will be asked to stay 15 minutes following the vaccination to ensure there is no adverse reaction.
