Administration recommends adding no Chapter 220 seats
Menomonee Falls - Menomonee Falls School District does not plan to add Chapter 220 seats for the 2013-2014 school year.
The School Board will not vote on Chapter 220 until its January meeting. Director of Pupil Services Kathy Zarling said at the School Board meeting on Monday that they are recommending the board not add any 220 seats because of the increasing diversity in Menomonee Falls and because of funding complications. Chapter 220 funding comes a year later, while Open Enrollment funding gives a boost to total revenues to offset the budget.
