BURGLARY

1An unknown suspect(s) stole items from a detached garage in the W163 N9531 block of Cheyenne Drive between 11:30 p.m. April 23 and 8 a.m. April 24. The suspect(s) gained entry to the garage through an unlocked service door. A list of items stolen was unavailable as the burglary is still under investigation.

THEFT

2The drivers of two vehicles, a gray Buick LeSabre and a white Volkswagen Jetta, simultaneously pumped a total of $96 of gas into their cars and left without paying at Speedway, N87 W17245 Main St., shortly before 8 p.m. April 22. Germantown police reported investigating a gas drive-off with the same suspect vehicles several days prior at the Speedway in Germantown, and the Buick matched the suspect vehicle in a gas drive off from Wittlin's gas station on April 16. Police are obtaining security photos and are following up.

3The driver of a blue, 1999 Chevy Malibu left without paying for $29 of gas at Speedway, N87 W17245 Main St., at 6:20 p.m. April 23. Police obtained video surveillance of the theft and are investigating.

4A Harley-Davidson jacket and purse were stolen from a coat room area at Odyssey Restaurant, N82 W15380 Appleton Ave., shortly after 2 p.m. April 23. A witness to the theft described the suspect as a female in her late 40s with long sandy blonde/brown hair and wearing glasses, a dark jacket and leather chaps. The suspect was accompanied by a male, also in his late 40s, with a stocky build and brown hair. The pair left on a black Harley motorcycle. A license plate number was obtained and police are investigating.

DRUNKEN DRIVING

5A 31-year-old Menomonee Falls man was arrested for drunken driving on Silver Spring and Butternut drives at 12:45 a.m. April 22. His preliminary blood alcohol content was 0.17.

6A 39-year-old Germantown man was arrested for drunken driving, second offense, on Chippewa and Cheyenne drives at 2:10 a.m. April 24. The suspect has two open OWI cases with Washington County Circuit Court and is not to possess or consume alcohol or operate a vehicle.

7A 39-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for drunken driving and cited for prohibited alcohol concentration and deviating from a designated lane on Pilgrim Road and Library Lane at 12:45 a.m. April 27. His preliminary BAC was 0.13.

ACCIDENTS

8A 69-year-old Slinger woman was transported to the hospital after she apparently suffered a stroke, struck a "no parking" sign on Bancroft Drive about 100 feet south of County Line Road, then continued into a parking area before coming to a stop further down the road at 12:25 p.m. April 23.

9A 57-year-old Menomonee Falls woman was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries after the vehicle she was riding in was rear-ended by another vehicle at the intersection of Pilgrim Road and Park Boulevard at 4:15 p.m. April 25. The driver of the striking vehicle, a 52-year-old Germantown woman, was cited for inattentive driving.

10A 27-year-old Menomonee Falls man was injured when a car traveling southbound in the 13400 block of Appleton Avenue struck a deer, causing the deer to collide with his vehicle traveling northbound, at 7:30 p.m. April 24. The deer shattered the driver's side window, which caused the injury.

VANDALISM

11An unknown suspect(s) spray-painted profanities on the Menomonee Falls Food Pantry and Menomonee Falls Community Center signs located in the N85 W153800 block of Menomonee River Parkway between 8 p.m. April 17 and 7 a.m. April 18. Maintenance personnel were able to remove the paint with no permanent damage to the signs.

OTHER

12A 26-year-old Milwaukee man was issued a citation for permitting an underage passenger to consume alcohol when police found an intoxicated 18-year-old man in his vehicle after they pulled him over for speeding on Appleton Avenue and Lilly Road at 7 p.m. April 22. The 18-year-old man admitted to drinking at Krueger's in Menomonee Falls while he was bowling, and his BAC was 0.13. Contact was made at Krueger's where the owner remembered the underage suspect being in the bar with a large group of people, but was certain he did not sell him alcohol directly. Police are securing security footage for evidence.

13A 40-year-old Menomonee Falls man was arrested and taken into custody for a probation violation after he was found intoxicated at a residence in the W156 N8400 block of Pilgrim Road shortly after 2 a.m. April 23. His blood alcohol content was 0.34.
