BURGLARY
1A 38-year-old Pewaukee man was arrested for burglary after he was seen removing property from a residence in the N94 W16600 block of Cumberland Road without permission of the owner at 2:55 p.m. Dec. 14.
THEFT
2A package was stolen from the lobby area at Riverview Village Assisted Living, W176 N9430 River Crest Drive, prior to 4:12 p.m. Dec. 7.
3A wallet, loose change, two credit cards and blank checks were taken from a locked vehicle parked in the W141 N9500 block of Fountain Boulevard between 4:50 a.m. and 3:19 p.m. Dec. 8. The suspect(s) gained entry by smashing out the rear window of the vehicle.
4A laptop computer, digital camera, prescription medications, cell phone, numerous credit cards, $90 gift card, $515 cash, two personal bags containing a wallet, ID cards and other miscellaneous items were stolen from an unlocked AT&T company van parked outside the facility at W156 N8930 Pilgrim Road, between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. Dec. 8. Total loss is estimated at $1,851.
5The driver of a 1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue left without paying for $43 of gas at BP Falls Amoco, N71 W13161 Appleton Ave., at 3:15 p.m. Dec. 10.
6Three unknown suspects shoplifted merchandise from Kohl's Department Store, N95 W18000 Appleton Ave., at 2:30 p.m. Dec. 10. The suspects concealed the items in a Kohl's shopping bag and fled the scene in a 1998 maroon Chevrolet Lumina. The incident was captured on video surveillance and police are investigating.
7Police received a report that 250 to 300 wooden pallets were stolen from outside RJ Schinner Co. Inc., N89 W14700 Patrita Drive, between 11:30 p.m. Dec. 9 and 9:30 a.m. Dec. 12. The pallets are valued at $1,250.
8At 11:22 a.m. Dec. 11, a resident in the W149 N7500 block of Sylvan Lane reported her son's bicycle, a black 18-inch bike with lime green grips and pedals, was stolen out of their open garage between 5:30 and 8 p.m. Oct. 31. The resident delayed reporting the theft in hopes the bicycle would be returned/found.
9Twenty-two prescription oxycodone pills were stolen from a resident's room at the Arboretum, W180 N7890 Town Hall Road, between 11 a.m. Nov. 17 and noon Dec. 7.
10Two males stole eight packs of cream-flavored cigars, valued at $63, from BP Falls Amoco, N71 W13161 Appleton Ave., at 7:51 p.m. Dec. 12. The suspects fled on foot and were last seen running southbound on Appleton Avenue. A maroon Chevy Camaro left the lot in the direction of the suspects after the theft. Surveillance video was turned over to the police.
11The driver of a maroon Chevy Camaro left without paying for $43 of gas at Paul's Mobil, N56 W13920 Silver Spring Drive, at 10:40 a.m. Dec. 12. The same vehicle was involved in a theft earlier in the day at BP Falls Amoco. Police have a license plate number and are investigating.
12The driver of an unknown vehicle left without paying for $42 of gas at BP, N86 W16317 Appleton Ave., at 1:11 p.m. Dec. 14.
13Three unknown male suspects stole two tool boxes containing miscellaneous hand tools, valued at $500, from a vehicle parked in the W164 N8800 block of Mill Street at 2:18 a.m. Dec. 15.
14A 20-year-old female employee at JC Penney, N96 W18515 County Line Road, was arrested for fraud at 5:19 p.m. Dec. 13 for committing unauthorized transactions with customer's credit cards on Nov. 7 and Dec. 7. The woman also purchased items on Dec. 10 with stolen JC Penney gift cards. Total value of stolen items and gift cards was $2,099.
DRUG POSSESSION
15A 25-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for possession of marijuana during a traffic stop for an equipment violation on Appleton Avenue and Garfield Drive at 1:44 a.m. Dec. 11.
DRUNKEN DRIVING
16A 23-year-old Brookfield man was arrested for drunken driving on Mill and Town Line roads at 1:33 a.m. Dec. 8. His blood alcohol content was 0.12.
17A 31-year-old Menomonee Falls man was arrested for drunken driving in the 16700 block of Appleton Avenue at 11:26 p.m. Dec. 10. He was also cited for driving with prohibited alcohol content, speeding and unsafe lane deviation. His blood alcohol level was 0.16.
18A 28-year-old Menomonee Falls man was arrested for drunken driving, second offense, following a traffic stop for an equipment violation on Main Street and Appleton Avenue at 2:47 a.m. Dec. 13. He was also taken into custody for bail jumping. His blood alcohol content was unavailable.
VANDALISM
19A driver's side mirror was broken off a vehicle parked in the N87 W16400 block of Appleton Avenue between 7 and 9:22 p.m. Dec. 11.
OTHER
20A 20-year-old Germantown man was arrested for an absolute sobriety violation during a traffic stop after police found an open bottle of liquor in his car on Good Hope and Claas roads at 8:37 p.m. Dec. 9. His blood alcohol content was 0.02. He was also cited for driving while suspended. A 20-year-old female passenger in his vehicle was cited for underage drinking and having open intoxicants in a vehicle.
21A 28-year-old Menomonee Falls man was arrested and cited for disorderly conduct obstructing, and underage drinking after police received a report of a fight at Griddler's Café, N88 W16747 Appleton Ave., at 2:15 a.m. Dec. 11. Once processed, the suspect was picked up by a 22-year-old Colgate man, who police determined was also involved in the fight. He was cited for disorderly conduct and released.
22A 27-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia after police pulled him over for displaying a stolen license plate on his vehicle on Good Hope Road and Paseo Lane at 2:12 p.m. Dec. 12.
Menomonee Falls police responded to one domestic violence call between Dec. 7 and Dec. 15.
