THEFT

1The driver of a black Toyota Camry pumped $38 of gas and left without paying at Citgo C Store, N48 W18028 Lisbon Road, shortly after 7 p.m. Feb. 5.

DRUG POSSESSION

2A 33-year-old man and a 28-year-old woman, both of Milwaukee, were arrested for possession of marijuana after a police canine search of their vehicle yielded two marijuana blunts during a traffic stop on Appleton Avenue and Monroe Drive at 1:10 p.m. Feb. 6. The male suspect was also issued citations for speeding and no motor vehicle insurance, and was taken into custody due to prior drug possession offenses.

DRUNKEN DRIVING

3A 47-year-old Brookfield woman was arrested for drunken driving, fourth offense, during a traffic stop for a defective headlamp on Lisbon and One Mile roads at 7:40 p.m. Feb. 6. She was also cited for operating after revocation, second offense, an ignition interlock device violation, defective headlamp and no insurance. Her blood alcohol content was 0.20.

ACCIDENTS

4A 26-year-old Menomonee Falls woman was injured after she lost control of her vehicle while traveling northbound on Appleton Avenue just north of Joper Road, collided with a traffic sign in the median and continued driving northbound until striking a utility pole on the east side of the highway at 4:10 p.m. Feb. 3. She was cited for failure to have control of her vehicle. The police report noted alcohol/drug testing was also performed, the results of which were unavailable.

VANDALISM

5An unknown suspect shot a BB gun at a residence causing a small dent in the siding in the N93 W17200 block of Devonwood Road between 8:30 a.m. and 7:10 p.m. Feb. 5. Police found the BB on the concrete patio below the damaged siding. There were no suspects or witnesses at the time of the report.

OTHER

6A 41-year-old Menomonee Falls man was cited for disorderly conduct/excessive noise after police responded to a report of loud music playing in the W164 N8800 block of Mill Street at 4:20 a.m. Feb. 6. A second suspect, an unknown male, refused to provide police with proper identification and was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstructing and was taken into custody.
