Police Report: July 23

1Six molds were stolen from Scan Pak Manufacturing, N84 W13510 Leon Road, between 11 p.m. June 10 and 7 a.m. June 22. The suspect, a temporary worker who no longer works for the company, denied stealing the molds.

2A black 20-inch BMX bicycle with spray-painted pedals and a purple chain was stolen from an open garage in the N86 W15600 block of Shorecrest Drive between noon June 11 and noon June 30.

3A 19-year-old man and an 18-year-old man, both of Menomonee Falls, were arrested for stealing a chair from a garage in the W161 N7700 block of Hunters Ridge Circle at 5:15 p.m. July 10. The chair was located in Rotary Park and returned to its owner.

4A woman's purse was stolen from a locked van in the W196 N9500 block of Cross View Way, between 12:15 and 3 p.m. July 12. The front passenger side window was smashed to gain entry.

5A stop sign was stolen from the southeast corner of Grand Avenue and Roosevelt Drive before 6:15 a.m. July 13.

6A blue, 1992 Harley-Davidson Ultra Classic was stolen from B&N Trucking, N56 W13180 Silver Spring Road, between 2 p.m. July 13 and 11:30 a.m. July 16.

7A digital media player was reportedly stolen from a bedroom in the W157 N9000 block of Caroline Drive before 3 p.m. July 13. Police are questioning possible suspects.

8A manhole cover was stolen from an opening off the roadway at a drainage ditch in the W149 N7500 block of Sylvan Lane between 6 p.m. July 14 and noon July 15.


9A 20-year-old Menomonee Falls woman was arrested for possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia and her boyfriend, a 25-year-old Brown Deer man, was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon (knife) on White Birch Drive and Cedar Ridge Lane at 7:30 p.m. July 13. The two were arrested after the female suspect was observed trying to enter her mother's residence, where she was not allowed.


10A 28-year-old Menomonee Falls man was arrested for drunken driving, disorderly conduct, bail jumping and endangering safety by use of a dangerous weapon after he fought with other patrons in the parking lot at Whiskey Corners, W220 N6400 Town Line Road, at 4:30 a.m. July 14. The suspect's preliminary blood alcohol content was 0.18.


11A 64-year-old Milwaukee woman was transported to the hospital with upper chest, rib, ankle and knee injuries after her car was struck by a Jeep at the intersection of Old Orchard Road and Main Street at 11:10 a.m. July 12. The driver of the Jeep, a 57-year-old Menomonee Falls man, ran a red light in order to move in front of a semi ahead of him. He was cited for disregarding a traffic signal.

Menomonee Falls police responded to two domestic violence calls between July 13 and July 19.
