FC Milwaukee offer U-10 and under soccer sign-up

For the first time in club history FC Milwaukee has a fully operational all-inclusive U10 and under soccer program that will be headed by coach Tommy Alioto and assisted by Pat White.

The program will begin in the 2010-2011 season.

Coach Alioto is not new to the youth soccer scene. A Wisconsin soccer pioneer with more than 25 years of coaching experience, 14 years of professional playing experience and expertise at all levels of coaching; Alioto decided to invest his energies in the youngest soccer players. He developed successful U10 and under programs with the Milwaukee Kickers, Milwaukee Rampage, the Mequon United and now FC Milwaukee.

For information, check out the FC Milwaukee website at fcmilwaukee.com.

Poppe named UW-Whitewater Athlete of the Week

Her long jump is the second-best performance in Warhawks track and field history, second on the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference honor roll and is ranked sixth in the nation. She is a Kettle Moraine Lutheran graduate.
