Saturday Movie Specials at the Falls Library

To celebrate the return of spring to Wisconsin, the Menomonee Falls Public Library will show two bonus movies on Saturday, April 12. The movies shown will be in the library’s Meeting/Community Room, right off the main lobby. Admission is free to all, based on the movie’s rating. Please be advised, we can only seat 80 comfortably, so please get here early. Details are as follows.


At 9:15 AM: THE HOBBIT: THE DESOLUTION OF SMAUG (2013) Starring: Ian McKellen, Martin Freeman, Richard Armitage, and Benedict Cumberbatch. The dwarves, along with Bilbo Baggins and Gandalf the Grey, continue their quest to reclaim their homeland of Erebor from Smaug the dragon. Directed by Peter Jackson. PG-13, 160 minutes.

And BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND:

At 2:15 PM: GRAVITY (2013) Starring: Sandra Bullock and George Clooney. Disaster strikes when a medical engineer and an astronaut are out on a spacewalk. The shuttle is destroyed and leaves them adrift in space. Directed by Alfonso Cuaron. PG-13, 91 minutes.
