RitzHolman CPAs Partner Elected Chair of Greater Menomonee Falls Foundation
RitzHolman CPAs, a Milwaukee-based accounting firm, is pleased to announce that Darci L. Middaugh, CPA, partner of the firm, has been appointed chair of the Greater Menomonee Falls Foundation. The foundation supports and strengthens the Menomonee Falls community by providing an effective means for citizens to invest in their community.
“We are pleased to have Darci accept the role of chair,” said John Leekley, past chair of the Greater Menomonee Falls Foundation. “She has been actively involved in the organization for a number of years and has played a key role in many of the new strategic initiatives undertaken by the board. I believe that her history with the foundation, along with her passion for the Menomonee Falls community, will continue to strengthen the organization.”
Middaugh, a member of RitzHolman CPAs’ tax team, provides personalized tax and consulting services to individuals and closely-held businesses. She works directly with her clients on issues such as tax compliance and planning, entity choice, retirement plan considerations and general business planning. Middaugh also performs audits of HUD and low-income tax credit properties.
She received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville. She is a member of the American and Wisconsin Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
