The Lovely Bones is May Book Club and Special Film Showing at Falls Library

The May selection for the Menomonee Falls Public Library’s Book Club will be Alice Sebold’s The Lovely Bones. . Copies of the book are available for checkout at the library’s reference desk. On Tuesday, May 25 the Book Club will meet to discuss the book at 7PM in the Youth Program Room. The Book Club is open to any interested adult.

 

A special showing of the 2010 movie based on this book starring Mark Wahlberg, Rachel Weisz, Stanley Tucci, Susan Sarandon, and Saoirse Ronan will be held the following evening, Wed.,May 26 at 6:30 in the Library’s Meeting Room. The film is rated PG-13 and runs just over two hours. The movie is free and open to the public, based on the rating. For more information call 262-532-8920 or -8930.
