Holiday Movies on Tap at Library
The Menomonee Falls Public Library will show two popular films showing families surviving the holidays despite some unusual circumstances for its December Tuesday/Thursday Monthly Movies on December 15 and 17. Both movies will be presented in the library’s Meeting/Community Room off the main lobby. Admission is free to all ages, based on the movie’s rating. The times, synopsis, and ratings are as follows:
2:15 PM, Tues., Dec. 15 and 6:45 Thurs., Dec. 17 : FOUR CHRISTMASES 2008 Starring Reese Witherspoon, Vince Vaughn, and Jon Favreau. A young couple is compelled to visit all four slightly eccentric parents on Christmas, discovering things about each other’s families that give them a new slant on their future together. Rated PG-13
6:45 PM, Tues., Dec. 15 and 2:15 PM Thurs., Dec. 17: NATIONAL LAMPOON’S CHRISTMAS VACATION 1989 Starring Chevy Chase, Beverly D’Angelo, Juliette Lewis, Randy Quaid. The Griswold family prepares for and celebrates Christmas, coping with LOTS of family, outdoor decorations that don’t always cooperate, a bonus check that may or may not materialize, and lots of fun along the way. Rated PG-13
